Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Contract Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing management, optimization, and evolution of our Salesforce environment. This role is critical to enabling our go-to-market teams as we scale and requires someone who can operate independently, move quickly, and translate business needs into reliable, well-designed Salesforce solutions.
You’ll work closely with GTM, RevOps, and leadership to ensure Salesforce is configured to support growth, automation, and visibility across the business.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
- Configure and customize Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and reports
- Build and maintain automations and data flows that support GTM and operational workflows
- Troubleshoot issues, manage data integrity, and perform regular system audits
- Design and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, operations, and leadership
- Manage data imports, exports, and cleanup using tools like Data Loader
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Provide user support, documentation, and light training as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on Salesforce-related initiatives
- Ensure best practices around performance, security, and compliance
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Service Cloud is a plus)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, and reporting
- Experience supporting GTM or RevOps teams
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and deliver in a contract environment

- Deep experience with Flow Builder and advanced automation
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party apps
- Experience in high-growth startups or scaling organizations
- Additional Salesforce certifications
